Voici un masque capillaire DIY qui va stimuler la pousse et hydrater les cheveux !

Véritable remède miracle pour le soin de la peau, le beurre de karité est également un superbe allié car il hydrate, protège et renforce les cheveux abîmés. Il est donc particulièrement recommandé aux personnes ayant les cheveux secs, ternes, frisés, bouclés ou colorés.

Voici les étapes à suivre pour réaliser votre soin maison :

Ingrédients :

  • 1 cuillère à soupe de beurre de karité (fondue au bain-marie)
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile de coco
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile de ricin
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de miel

Préparation :

  • Mettez les ingrédients ci-dessus dans un récipient et mélangez-les pour obtenir une pâte lisse et homogène
  • Créez 4 sections puis appliquez votre mélange en insistant sur les pointes
  • Massez pendant 5 minutes puis recouvrez d’un film en plastique
  • Laissez reposer le soin 1 heure minimum sous une charlotte de bain
  • Enfin, faites votre shampoing et rincez
